What Syncentra does and where to find the guide you need.
Syncentra is the system your team uses to plan cooling and refrigeration work, record what happened on site, keep refrigerant log books up to date, and send the invoice afterwards.
These guides show you how to do that — screen by screen. You do not need any technical knowledge to follow them.

What you can do with your role
Not everyone sees the same menu. Your role decides which parts of Syncentra you can open.
| Role | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access, including the Organization settings and team members. |
| Planner (Telefonist) | Takes calls, creates work orders and schedules technicians. |
| Technician | Works through assigned jobs and fills in work records on site. |
| Accountant | Contracts, invoices, expenses and the finance overview. |
| Inspector | Read-only access for audits — can look, but not change anything. |
If a page shows Access Denied, your role does not include that area. Ask your organization's admin to change your role.
